Job Description As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Canyon, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a cultural institution, you will monitor and patrol galleries, entrances, and public spaces, maintaining a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report concerns, assist staff and visitors with professionalism, and communicate clearly during day-to-day operations. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, exhibit spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with directions and information, and help to maintain orderly lines and/or crowd movement during peak visitation or special events.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts when possible and requesting additional assistance when needed.
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and/or visitor assistance notes, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
