About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Cantonment, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or site policy issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Support operations at a chemical and petrochemical location by observing for spills, leaks, equipment concerns, and/or unauthorized activity, then reporting conditions through the proper channels.
