As a Security Officer - Media Studio Unarmed Patrol in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Your role includes providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or security license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, supporting the overall security-related operations of the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while performing duties.
Maintain thorough documentation of observations, incidents, and actions taken during patrols and/or shifts as required by site procedures.
