As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and remaining visible to support a secure environment. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential disruptions at the location.
Monitor the premises, including studios and media production areas, to help to deter suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access.
Document and report security-related incidents and/or unusual activities according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access control and provide information as needed.
Collaborate with onsite staff and emergency personnel as required to address incidents or emergencies.
Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential risks within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
