As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those on-site. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.
Working environments and conditions may vary by location, particularly within tech, media, and telecom settings.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and/or client representatives to maintain a secure environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by the site.
Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures to help to deter potential security-related risks.
