Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and support a people-first culture grounded in teamwork, agility, and integrity. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
Document and report any observed security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with site staff and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
