Job Description As a Security Officer - Media Campus Patrol in Saint Charles, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas in a dynamic tech environment, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. You will interact with employees and visitors, offering clear communication and support. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or hazards encountered during patrols.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members, clients, and local authorities as required in support of site operations.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access and general inquiries, providing a visible Allied Universal presence at the location.
