As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech-driven locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while managing access points and verifying credentials. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.
Primarily driving post is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related threats and identify any unusual activity.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to company and client procedures.
Support emergency response activities as required, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate.
Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter unwanted activity and promote adherence to site-specific policies.
