Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, assisting in emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related incidents according to site protocols.
Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required by site policies.
Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities in daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a secure environment tailored to the needs of a manufacturing and industrial facility.
