About The Position
As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site Patrol in Martin, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within an industrial and manufacturing environment.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
- Report and document any unusual activity, security-related violations, or hazards encountered during patrols.
- Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address site-specific needs and support daily operations.
