As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and remain visible throughout your shift. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing patrol duties to help to deter potential security-related issues.
