Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
PLEASE COME DRESSED IN BUSINESS ATTIRE CLOTHING.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Provide customer service by assisting individuals with directions, answering questions, and addressing access-related concerns in a professional manner.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
Collaborate with site personnel and local emergency responders as needed during emergency response activities.
Follow all site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders related to access control within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
