Job Description As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, helping to maintain a welcoming environment through visible patrols, routine rounds, and clear communication with tenants, visitors, and property staff. You will document security-related observations, respond to requests for assistance, and support site operations with professionalism and integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, backed by a caring team that is agile, reliable, and innovative.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite management and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe property activity, verifying authorized entry where required and assisting with visitor direction and/or tenant requests.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate notable activity to site leadership during shift transitions.
