Job Description As a Security Officer - Mall Roving Rounds in Bellevue, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-end retail location, where you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet guests, assist store teams, respond to concerns, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and/or store associates by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other security-related incidents. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; observe for unusual activity; and report concerns to site management and/or law enforcement as directed by post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd control, access control, and incident documentation. Complete routine reports and incident reports, communicate updates to supervisors and/or client representatives, and support closing and opening procedures as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
