As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driving Role in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for unarmed patrols throughout a dynamic retail and mall location. This is a driving post, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter theft, disturbances, and/or other unwanted behavior within the retail and entertainment environment.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Support access control measures by verifying credentials and/or assisting with guest inquiries as required.
Collaborate with site management and local law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
