As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, managing access, and supporting lobby operations with a calm, customer-focused approach. You will monitor activity through logs and tools, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and help deter security-related incidents through a professional presence. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the facility by greeting and directing visitors, confirming credentials, issuing visitor passes, and notifying internal contacts for approvals.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as alarms, access control, and cameras when assigned, and document observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate key updates during shift transitions to support continuity of operations.
