As an unarmed, driving patrol officer, you will tour resort-style guest areas and busy logistics locations, completing routine patrols and inspections while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, respond to calls for service, and document observations with clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at hospitality and distribution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points, while observing for unusual activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor access control points by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in and/or sign-out, and helping to direct foot and vehicle traffic according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, providing clear directions to occupants, and supporting first responders as needed.
• Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and daily activity, and communicate status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
