Job Description As a Security Officer Reception Console in Minooka, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business areas, perimeter, loading zones, and restricted areas, as assigned.
Support security-related operations by reporting unusual activity, documenting observations, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
