As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol in Fulton, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor designated areas, conduct regular patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the logistics and distribution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or security-related incidents.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
Assist employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
Collaborate with location management and law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.
