As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol distribution and logistics locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact professionally with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report on any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the location.
Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities and/or incidents as required by site-specific protocols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or authorizations for entry as appropriate.
Remain alert to potential hazards or security-related situations and promptly communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.
