As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the logistics environment.
Document and report any observed incidents, hazards, or irregularities according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors to address questions and provide assistance when needed.
Support access control measures and/or inspections as required by site procedures.
