As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and personnel, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the operations at the logistics and distribution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers to provide assistance and relay information as needed.
Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols in the event of an incident or alarm at the logistics and distribution location.
