As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at logistics and distribution locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel to provide assistance and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and/or exits as required by site protocols.
Document and report any security-related incidents or irregularities according to company and client procedures.
