Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor information, and security-related incidents.
- Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in emergency response activities as appropriate for the location and report unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
- Support Allied Universal management by following all company and client policies and procedures relevant to the front desk post.
