As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring access and responding to security-related needs. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Assist with the implementation of access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.
  • Support site-specific financial institution protocols while maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk.
