Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor access points, greet visitors, and/or assist with front desk sign-in procedures in accordance with site-specific protocols.
Answer questions, provide directions, and/or communicate relevant information to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel.
Observe and report unusual activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy-related concerns to the appropriate contact.
