Job Description As a Security Officer - Lobby Desk Real Estate in Burbank, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring access control systems, responding to security-related incidents, and assisting with visitor management. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management processes.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk area.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.
