As a Security Officer - Lobby Concierge in Las Cruces, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at the location, welcoming visitors and assisting with inquiries while maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide assistance as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide information related to site procedures.
- Document and report security-related incidents, activities, and observations according to Allied Universal standards.
