As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control, issue badges, monitor cameras and alarms, and document security-related activity with clear, professional communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a front desk within a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies and/or access requirements.
  • Monitor lobby activity, visitor flow, and building entry points to help to deter unauthorized access, and maintain a professional presence while assisting with directions and general inquiries.
  • Manage visitor and contractor processing, including verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, and coordinating approvals with on-site contacts per site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and supporting emergency response activities as directed by post orders.
  • Complete security-related logs and reports, document unusual activity, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or the client representative.
