Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols or while on post.
Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address concerns and provide information.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Support emergency response efforts according to established protocols and assist with evacuations or other actions as directed by site leadership.
