As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and/or dispatch, and provide customer-focused support to employees and visitors. Requirements

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, employees and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or escort requirements, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, medical events and/or fire-related notifications, and complete timely written reports.
Operate and observe security-related systems such as CCTV, access control and alarm panels, communicating with site contacts and dispatch as needed to support incident response and continuity of operations.
