Job Description As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Osceola, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards found during patrols to Allied Universal management and site contacts. Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the location, following established protocols. Support emergency response efforts by following site-specific procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
