About The Position

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to situations as needed. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols.
Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols as outlined by Allied Universal and the location management.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
Document and communicate incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
