As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and monitoring assigned areas. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters as needed.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to control visitor and employee flow as required.
Complete required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
