Requirements

Supervisory experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Primarily driving post is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities such as presence of unauthorized persons, property damage, or other unusual occurrences related to the manufacturing environment.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors regarding incidents, concerns, or security-related needs at the location.
Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual observations as required by site protocols.
