In this role, you will monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, and conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You will be visible throughout the site, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with established protocols.
Perform regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and client instructions.
Document and report any observed irregularities, incidents, or security-related issues as required by site policies.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with first responders when necessary.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related threats within the location.
