As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Entry in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will play a key role in creating a secure environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
Verify the identity of individuals entering restricted areas and maintain accurate access logs as required by site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and identify any unusual activity.
Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
Report and document any security-related incidents, equipment irregularities, or hazardous conditions according to company and client protocols.
