Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a member of the Allied Universal team, you will be responsible for access control at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role will involve monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and assisting with badge access, all while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication, contributing to a positive environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to maintain compliance with site-specific policies.
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and directing them as needed while upholding security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and observe any unusual activity.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed written reports as required by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders during emergency response activities when appropriate.
