Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier financial institution, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and First Aid are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to location protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Document daily activities, observations, and/or incidents, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
