Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting guests, visitors, and staff, verifying access as appropriate, and following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with badge and key control, and document visitor information, deliveries, and other front desk activity in a clear and professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with hotel personnel and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Observe cameras, alarms, and other front desk systems to help identify unusual activity, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and support a professional environment at the location.
  • Complete reports and shift logs related to incidents, access activity, and service requests, and provide detailed information during shift transitions and/or management follow-up.
