Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and assisting with visitor management procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal and location management as needed.
Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and management to address inquiries and resolve issues related to security-related matters.
