As a Front Desk professional at a leading healthcare location, you will serve as the first point of contact, assisting visitors and staff while helping to maintain a secure environment. You will monitor access, manage badge control, and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals entering the facility to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences observed at the front desk.
Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and directing individuals to appropriate areas within the location.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed to support a secure environment.
Support emergency response activities as directed, remaining at the front desk to provide information and assistance.
