As a Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Shift Lead in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a driving post. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Hospital: Vaccines are required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for healthcare environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the healthcare location.
Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and first responders during emergency or critical incidents, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitoring the flow of people within the healthcare location.
Support Allied Universal in promoting a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location.
