About The Position

As a Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Rounds in Warner Robins, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and identify unusual activities.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
  • Support healthcare staff, patients, and visitors with security-related needs and provide assistance during emergencies or evacuations as directed.
  • Remain alert and aware of the environment to help to deter theft, disturbances, or other security-related concerns within the healthcare location.
