As a Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Driving Role in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all. Your role involves interacting with visitors, patients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and communication while supporting daily operations. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Vaccines are required for hospital settings.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise within the facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter inappropriate activity and/or unauthorized access.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Assist with the enforcement of access control procedures and visitor guidelines to help to maintain a secure environment.
Support emergency response activities in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal training.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors at the location.
