As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a minimum of completed High School Diploma or GED (and able to provide upon request)
Must have valid Driver's License

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or potential threats within the healthcare location to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and granting access as appropriate.
Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or lockdowns when necessary, in accordance with site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
