As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong and visible presence. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, activities, or conditions within the location.
Assist staff, visitors, and patients by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Document all incidents and maintain accurate records in accordance with Allied Universal policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and other personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment.
