Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related risks.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including providing guidance and support to staff and visitors during incidents.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as appropriate to address security-related concerns.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help to deter misconduct and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
