As a Security Officer - Healthcare Mobile Patrol in Stafford, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required.
Support staff, patients, and visitors by answering questions and providing directions within the location.
Document incidents and maintain accurate logs and reports as required by site policies.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
