About The Position

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Foot Patrol in Wichita Falls, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will remain visible throughout your shift, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate professionally, all while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site-specific protocols.
